The Metaverse represents a forthcoming era of profound technological integration, where the boundaries between physical reality, digital worlds, human presence, and artificial intelligence blur into a harmonious fusion. This vision promises a seamless blend of personal and professional spheres, reshaping industries, economies, education, and society at large.

In addition to these ISEMV Call for Contributions, the IEEE Metaverse Initiative, partnering with IEEE Young Professionals is organizing a Grand Challenge for Simulation-Based Learning. We invite students and YPs to develop immersive simulations that can enhance the learning and training experience. Up to two (2) winners will receive $2500 in travel expenses to attend ISEMV 2025.
