Call for Papers
The Metaverse represents a transformation in which the physical and digital worlds, along with humans, and Artificial Intelligence, seamlessly converge in a symbiotic digital ecosystem. It integrates our personal and professional lives into a unified digital continuum, reshaping the industrial, economic, educational, and societal domains in profound ways. As digital transformation accelerates across all sectors, the Metaverse is rapidly evolving into an essential part of our existence, redefining how we interact with the world and with each other.
The 2nd IEEE International Symposium on Emerging Metaverse (ISEMV 2025) invites authors to submit original, high-quality research papers for in-person oral presentation at the Symposium and publication in IEEE Xplore.
Submission Guidelines:
- Paper length: 4 to 8 pages, including tables and figures (excluding references)
- Originality: Submissions must be original, unpublished, and not under concurrent review elsewhere
- Submission Format: Papers must adhere to IEEE format (see Authors Guidelines for LaTeX and Word templates).

All accepted papers presented at ISEMV will be included in IEEE Xplore.
IEEE DataPort
In addition to submitting your paper to EasyChair, you are also encouraged to upload the data related to your paper to IEEE DataPort. IEEE DataPort is IEEE’s data platform that supports the storage and publishing of datasets while also providing access to thousands of research datasets. Uploading your dataset to IEEE DataPort will strengthen your paper and will support research reproducibility. Your paper and the dataset can be linked, providing a good opportunity for you to increase the number of citations you receive. You will also get the IEEE “Datasets Available” badge on your Xplore article if you have a dataset in IEEE DataPort linked to the article. Data can be uploaded to IEEE DataPort prior to submitting your paper or concurrent with the paper submission.
